SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 SECTION 8 – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot return your purchase not can we offer you a refund.

Return and refund is always subject to express approval from wish concept store

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  And to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for example, but not limited to: Perishable goods such as cards, sickers, posters, organizers, tapes, etc., which cannot be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rua Rodrigues Faria, 103 - esp G.02A 1300-501 Lisboa – Portugal. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are rejected you are responsible to collect the sent item at your own expenses. If an item is not collected whin 60 days, Mergulhar na Cidade, Lda, will have the right to destroy it.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@wish.com.pt.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, that means that products both under any campaigns, promotions, sales cannot be returned and refunded.

 SECTION 10 – EXCHANGES POLICY

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot replace your purchase not can we offer you a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@wish.com.pt accompanied with photographs of the defective item and after our express approval we will collect the item proving the necessary information of date and time of collection.

If you do not proceed as described above and resend the item before our approval, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you all above is also applicable except you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
